Problem in eyes due to sun,mobile phones
Sir my name is Arhaan and my age is 20 years...I m noticing from last years my eyes are getting small in shape and size...sometimes I get lil bit strain and pain also because i was using mobile phones very in day and night also...Now a days I get problem in sun also ...what is the reason behind it...plzz tell me what I should do to get my beautiful eyes back like first?

Please restrict your mobile usage. And use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily. And rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids.
