for few days avoid weight training, to reduce strain on affected area. also meat a physiotherapist for speedy recovery and also ask precaution to be taken while weight training to avoid injuries meanwhile apply icepacks to area.

Try sitting in cold water for a minute followed by hot water and ending again with cold water for a minute
