You should definitely stick to your psychiatrist and take her medication slowly, not all at once, otherwise, the course will not be complete and affect will not be proper along with that. Please arrange a therapy session because she needs to clean internally, and I’ll be happy to help you all the best.

If she is asymptomatic on the treatment for more than 6 months, you may consult a psychiatrist and give a trial of dose reduction. Sudden changes in drug or stopping drugs may aggravate her symptoms. With the above mentioned symptoms during her onset of illness, likely changes of anxiety and depression, given the diagnosis the drugs above mentioned may not be necessarily adequate to treat all her symptoms. Also detailed evaluation of any neurodegenerative causes needs to be ruled out.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist to review the symptoms, diagnosis and treatment.
Health Tips
During old age a careful watch for any fall with posture change or excessive sedation on the present medications should be considered.

These two medications only. I think there must be others too. These all are only anxiolytics. Stopping them abruptly may lead to withdrawal

You should not stop psychiatry medicines abruptly as she can have relapse. We can taper her medicine and along with that therapy should can be combined. This is gradual process so that there should be less chances of getting back illness.
