My baby girl one year old. I'm still feeding her. I am trying to stop my feeding slowly. But when it is a long interval I get pain in breast sometimes. How to stop feeding? Should I take any medicine to stop milk flow,? Pls suggest.

Continue iron and calcium supplements Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day for a month Take lots of water and fruits juice
