Stool Type - Hello, Few Days Back I Had Stool In Blood For 3

Hello, Few days back I had stool in blood for 3 days and ther was no pain, but after that blood was not coming. But the stool was little soft not liquid. And I always feel that I am not pooping clearly. Means all the poops are not coming out. Is it Anal fisure or some infection in stomach or due to heat in stomach it happened. Please answer my question, I will be kindly obliged .
