Stool test for hpylori antigen
Hello Doctor. I have been diagnosed with h Pylori infection by endoscopy. Took the hp kit and completed the 14 days treatment two month before. Now planning to do Stool test for hpylori antigen to conform eradication. Recently I took sompraz L for 10 days. Do I need to give any time gap before i take test (will ppi will impact the test)? Or I can take the test immediately? please suggest.

Yes you have to be off ppi for 2 weeks atleast. Stool for h. Pylori antigen /UBT can be done to confirm eradication
