Stool issue

Asked for Male, 85 Years

Actually my grandpa is facing issues with pooping.From last 5-7 days he is not going for laterine so please suggest.And catheter is attached below his navel so please suggest what to do.He is normal.Eats properly and urinates properly in the bag and everything as usual but only stool issue is there.

At his age it may be hard stool n scapula need to evaluated by fingers or lubrication Basti, but plz consult in person Examination with surgeon n might need USG whole abdomen and pelvis sos X Ray too

In such cased he should be mostly on semisolid or liquid diet so that they suffer less from stools issue, for now u can give him some laxative.
