Stool colour
Sir do curry of Kabuli chana/ chick Beas normally known as chola darken the stool colour yesterday I have chola batura today some part of my stool is dark brown

Pulses n legumes as such dont have any impact on the stool colour. There might be some other medical issues related to liver ect.

Colour of stool is very important diagnostic feature for knowing over all digestive health. But other than stool colour, we may have to also know the consistency of stools and frequency of stool along with food intake of past few days to tell you exactly why there was the change in colour of stool. You should check you water intake and from where you order food. If it is spicy and you have hyper acidity, then colour of stool may change. Also if you are taking any multi vitamin tablet then also colour changes. Keep the journal of your observations of the stool type, consistency and frequency and observe pain or gaseous if at all....

Gud morning there is as such no impact of having pulses or legumes on stool color change,there might be certain other internal health issues like liver issues,digestive system issues ,less water intake in a day etc.Pls do overall blood test n consult a physician at first for it.
