Stool colour
4 month old son is formula feeded since one month. Since one week his stool colour is like cement or dark green.there is any problem in such colour or it is normal. Earlier he is feeded with cow milk.

Formula fed babies tend to have greenish stools. If he is doing well otherwise do not worry.
Kindly defer feeding cows milk until one year of age ideally or atleast until he completes 6 months of age
