Start with medications Tab. Pilon daily 1 tab, tab daflon daily 2 tabs, tab Pantop-D daiky 1 tab empty stomach, tab nimulid 1 tab once daiky, ointment Anovate apply locally. Ishopgull powder mixed with milk/water daiky once. Eat protein and fibrous rich diet to creat stool bulk.
