Good diet?? If following a good diet then why problem with stool? And bleeding??
Cause is continuous in lifestyle... better to correct cause..

better to be on milk and rice or ghee and rice or butter and rice or rice can be substituted with suji or daliya ...for 2 or 3 days or upto soft stool which is the cause for damage inside so causing bleeding
