Stool and constipation
Is it blood in my stool please help ? I can't understand what it is . Almost everytime first part of bowel is very hard and dark i don't understand why this happen . Please see the picture shared and sorry for such images

One image and a part of the problem doesnt help us understand your problem COMPLETELY dear friend. You need to give more information and history and most likely might require an examination also.
And dont feel sorry for the images. Its a part of the problem.
