A well-defined 3.9 mm. echogenic focus causing distal acoustic shadowing is seen at lower calyx of right kidney. A similar well defined 4.9 mm. echogenic focus causing distal acoustic shadowing is seen at upper pole calyx of left kidney
Right upper & mid ureter are also mildly dilated secondary to right lower ureteric calculus 6.2mm
