Stone issue
I have 2 stones in ureter , from almost 4 months , of 4.3mm and 5.2mm , one was moving down and down , which I can to know through X-rays, now I am having pain in vagina and pain during urination , the pain is in a very downward part, is it possible that my stone is going to come out and so I am facing this pain? I also did IVP a month ago to check kidney conditions and kidneys were perfect, urine amount is less , and it pains when urinating, is it that my stone is going to come out?

Stones in the ureter for a duration more than 4weeks should be removed by endoscopic surgery specially when they are associated with urinary symptoms. If they are small but yet not coming out of the ureter by medical management in 4 months , it may be because of associated ureteric stricture , which can not be cured by medical management. Consult your urosurgeon immediately and plan the ureteroscopic removal of stones. Further Delay may damage the kidney.

The stone might be stuck in lower part of ureter That’s why you have all these symptoms It might come out or stay there as that passage is very narrow Even narrower than the size of stones
