Stone in left ureter
In my USG there is evidence of mild hydronephrosis and hydroureter on the left upto 10mm upper ureteric calculus.,it causes mild pain on left upper back . please advice me what to do?. . stone size is 9mm

A 10mm upper ureteric calculus is unlikely to pass out on its own. U would require some procedure in all likelihood. The options include Eswl, URS or pcnl depending upon the exact stone location, kidney function and availability of facilities.
