Your query is not very clear. Gall stone can lead to many serious problems like obstructive jaundice, acute pancreayitis etc. but the basic disease is in the gall bladder where these stones form. So the Surgical option has always been since the time of only open surgery till date, that is to remove the gall bladder with its contents including stones in it. If clinically indicated, and symptomatic, that is the option, at present mostly laparoscopic. You may not agree and may not sign a consent for surgery. Your surgeon will respect it. But, removing only stones from gall bladder is not an acceptable option.
