My 3 year old son is having stomach upset with pain.
Pain is occuring intermittently.
There is no loss of appetite.
He is having normal sleep and we are giving him light food to eat.

I can understand your concern.
You can give him syp. Dolopar-M 5ml twice a day for 2 days and syp. Rantac 5ml half an hour before food twice a day for 2 days.
If it still persists, get it checked out by a pediatrician in person for further evaluation and management.
