Stomach upset with fever n loose stools

Asked for Female, 4 Years

Past 2 days stomach upset with vomiting as soon as she have her food and regularly tells stomach is paining , I gave her cyclopam for stomach pain n p250 for fever . Plz suggest some medicines for now as her pediatrician will be available by evenings only
