Looks like Gastritis,  Avoid spicy food, avoid Tea and coffee for sometime . Try to take regular small portion of meal, do not leave a gap of more than 4 hours between meal. If you do not have any drug allergy take C.PanD on empty stomach twice a day for 5 days.
