Stomach upset
My 3 year child was saying about stomach ache few days ago..for few seconds and after that he passed stools most of the time. But from last 3 days loose motions kinda started intially with mucus with stool. So i started normet syrup. Today is 3rd day. His stools has improved. But his appetite is gone. Least intrsted in eating anything. 2 times he vomited also after food. Do not want to eat regular food. He is little irritable n restless as well What should be done?? Should i stop normet in 3 days??

Give ORS 100-200ml after each episode of loose stool Give Zinconia 20mg/5ml : 5ml once daily after meal for 5 days Give Eugipro Respules : Twice daily after breakfast and dinner for 5 days. Avoid spicy and junk foods Give soft diet Avoid dairy products for the time being Give plenty of fluids In case of Vomiting you can give Domstal Syrup but the dose would depend upon the weight of the child Consult under Practo in case of emergency.
