Stomach Tuberculosis
My TB gold test has come positive and I have been suffering from multiple GI inflammation, like gastritis, esophagitis, fatty liver. I did allopathy, homeopathy, ayurveda, naturopathy, colon cleanse, functional medicine and nutrition, acupressure,  regular practitioner of yoga and pranayam.  My condition was chronic for 2 years but all of this helped and My inflammation reduced to mild but spreaded to new organs now, like urinary bladder and colon. Also lymph nodes swelling around GI and nearby organs and other inflammatory markers are also high showing infection. Infection is spreading but my symptoms have reduced like 80%. This is very confusing to me. I don't have any symptoms of colitis or pulmonary TB. No other cause was found so my doctor did TB test and it came positive. How do I figure out whether or not, all these organs are inflammed due to TB infection or it is just a coincidence of both happening together. Is there a gastroenterologist who deals with stomach TB cases?

Ma'am Your "no symptoms" or very mild  and a long list of chronic inflammatory diagnosis with now TB gold positive produce a very contrasting picture. Need thorough holistic evaluation.
