Probable Dx: IBD/ infective ileitis/ Crohn’s disease which mostly involves small intestine. Tb can be ruled out by undergoing blood test like IGRA and CBNAAT. Small mesenteric nodes seems like cobblestone appearance.
Next Steps
Check for ASCA, ANCA antibodies. Barium enema could also be done.
