Stomach tenderness

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I am 30 yrs female.My upper stomach , left side of belly button paining when pressed or doing any strenuous activity. Doctor told it's ibs/IBD and gave tablet Cyra D. I hav no other symptoms of the above condition. What other symptoms should I look out for. I am not convinced of what doctor said.

Cyra d is for Gastritis etc. If it is not helping then intestinal causes have to thought of.
