Stomach problem
From 7 days before I am going so many times toilet like 5 ,6 time a day and also I am not eating food properly I feel like vomiting. Body also become a week feel more sleep and week but not loose motion.plz help to to solve this problem.

You are probably having a stomach infection. Since you are in Dubai, you will have to get Tab. Metrogyl 400 prescribed from a physician and then get it. Take it 3 times in a day for 5 days
