Stomach pain with Diarrhea, burning

Hello Doctor pls help me, From night my stomach started paining & early moring motion started 3-4 motions became like stool type 5 & 6. In night meal i had ate Chawli Beans. Even my period also started in the morning. Stomach is paining a lot i couldn't bear it. Morning i had took 2 lomofen plus tablets. Also drank a little WHO ELECTROL water. But stomach is paining a lot, feels like to go again and again for toilet. My Anus place also burring couldn't sit or sleep. What to do & to Which Doctor i should consult i can't understand. Please help in this matter
