Feeling stomach pain along with vomiting (only watery), not feelng hungry and no potty since 2 days.

Is this happening repeatedly (stomach pain)? Give neotomic enema so he can pass potty. That will give relief. Domstal suspension 7.5ml for vomiting. Can repeat after 6 hours
