So about three days ago I was working out in the gym lifting heavy and followed up with an ab exercise. Later than night I laid on my stomach and it hurt. The next day it still hurt to touch right on the belly button. But I can lift heavy and nothing hurts. It just hurts when touched. I'm assuming it isn't a hernia. So what is it?
