Severe stomach pain, underwent scans and tests. Result: severe chronical cervicitis. Drs. Suggesting to cryocautery treatment. Just wanted to have second opinion.is it right treatment or any alternative is dr. Cryocautry is is right choice for severe chronic cervicitis but liquid Base cytology and colposcopy results should rule out any other pathology before going for it. Your basic complaint was severe abdominal pain. This is not a usual symptom of cervicitis. Cervicitis usually leads to vaginal discharge and if pain is there it is not severe.
