Reason for Vomiting and Pain in Stomach

I With my GF, we tried to engage Sexually. It was 1st time for both of us. she is virgin & her hymen is thick n not Broken when we tried. After she started bleeding so we Stopped at that moment. not continued. There was No Ejaculation. Whole Action was with Protection Condoms.. Still for safety, she took Unwanted 72 ( Ipill ) immediately after.

It may happen .. as she started i pill and due to some anxiety or fear of pregnancy but nothing to worry as she used unwanted 72 it means she has no risk of pregnancy
