Hello, how the pain started? Did you get any injuries? If no, there are several causes for lower abdominal pain, urinary tract infection (has burning micturation) , reproductive tract infections (white discharge per vagina), appendicitis, intestinal infections (diarrhoea or vomiting), or dysmennorea,, please consult a general surgeon for general pain abdomen or gynecologist for reproductive tract related pain.
