Sometimes in a day or a week, I feel a little sensation or heaviness on my left side of stomach, I do take two or three drinks after a week on the weekend

It could be gastritis or sow if pain. Needs examination of your abdomen and proper history taking and maybe an ultrasound. Lots of differentials can be found.

Usg whole abdomen. Tab nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR 7 days. Mucain gel 10ml without water nothing by mouth till 30min can be used 3to times.  It's safe. Light  spicless diet. Plenty of water n liquid.

Would be because of gastritis. Avoid spicy foods Avoid coffee and tea in empty stomach. Use more of curd and butter milk. Drink plenty of water.
