Stomach pain
I have been stomach pain in periods time. How can I reduce that pain. I am using mefthol Plus tablets. From last 15 years.

This is called Dysmenorrhea occurs due to some hormonal imbalance or any structural pathology. Please do abdominal USG to rule out any structural pathology. Some times hormonal birth spacing pills also helpful apart from pain medications. For best advice we need a proper diagnosis

These steps may help: - Taking a pain killer or an anti spasmodic - Applying hot water bag over the abdomen or having a hot water shower - Massage therapy with essential oils over the abdomen and lower back has shown to help - Avoid food items such as fatty foods, alcohol, carbonated beverages, caffeine, salty foods - Avoid smoking if you have the habit - Have food items such as chamomile tea, fennel seeds, cinnamon, ginger, etc.
