For relief, focus on a diet rich in high-fiber foods such as whole grains like brown rice, quinoa, and whole-wheat bread, a variety of fruits like berries, apples, and bananas, and vegetables like leafy greens, broccoli, and carrots, and incorporate legumes like lentils, chickpeas, and black beans, while also staying hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
