  4. Stomach pain. Tablet but no effect.

Hi i am having infrequent stomach pains and my bowel movement is liquid type and pains suddenly may be i had something unhealthy. please can you prescribe me some medicines from the pharmacy its been 4 days and dos'nt stops and i took a paracetamol tablet but no effect.
