HELLO, USG WHOLE ABDOMEN SPECIALLY RT LOWER ABDOMEN TO KNOW THE STATUS OF APPENDIX. CONSULT A GENERAL SURGEON. INJ BUSCOPAN ONE AMPLE IM STATE. OK
