It appears you are having Urinary tract Infection. Drink atleast 5-6 litres of water per day. Take tablet Norflox-400 mg twice daily for 5 days. Take tablet Meftal-Spas 2-3 times for stomach ache.

With ur stone, burning sensation of urine...likely that u r having urine tract infection...better repeat ultrasound abdomen, urine test done..
