It may be vaginitis  if pain in lower abdomen or gastritis if pain in upper abdomen.. Don't worry about cervical cancer. Please consult online for treatment.

I was wondering that if you buy a Fridge or TV or an automobile ,  all these items  have a guarantee and warranty but that warranty or guarantee is valid only if you get the servicing done from the service outlet of the same Company and it is done by Company trained Service Engineer or Technicians. But in the case of Medical treatment it  becomes  different. The person gets operated from one Doctor and within a few days  after discharge from the hospital he goes to another Doctor for assurance that everything is all right , and for the treatment of a perceived complications. Please go to the same Doctor who operated on you and ask for his advice. If not satisfied, please seek a physical consultation with any Doctor on Practo whom you can approach. Tele-consultation for such problems becomes a problem because (a)  it is apparently not a straight forward situation (b)  your expectations are very high ,  and (c)  you want to be treated by a Doctor who has no way to examine you.
