Stomach pain from last 4 days
My 5 years old child is suffering from stomach pain from last 4 days which comes and goes after every 20 min . After pain she pass smelly gas. Doc has prescribed antibiotics pechef and gas medicin but there is no relief . She also had fever around 100 till yesterday and bit of loose motion . What could be the reason I m really worried? Plz help

It may be due to gastroenteritis which may be secondary to some infection or food poisoning.
