Hello Good morning, Vomiting and weakness during the first trimester of pregnancy is Normal. If you are having pain, then it would be my advise to consult a gynaecologist/obstetrician for a detailed evaluation and follow up antenatal care.

If your pain is very frequent you will have to consult your gynaecologist and if required scan have to be done. Vomiting is normal and for headache plenty of fluid intake. And if is unbearable take one paracetamol 650mg tablet.
