Stomach pain and Nausea
Hi, I am having pain in my lower stomach and back and continuously feel nausea, especially when I eat. This has been there for the past 7 days. I had my doctor's medicines and then did a course of O2. After that I started with Vonoprazan. Still there is a stomach and back pain. Nausea is slightly better. Did USG abdomen and pelvis no such observation. My doc feels I have a stomach ulcer. How much time will it take to improve is there a need for consulting a gastrologist.

Should improve with two weeks of PPIs and antacids. Gastroenterologist opinion isn't indicated as of now.
