Stomach pain and gastritis problem
Sir I'm vinay kumar I have pain for stomach pain and gastritis last 6 month I have don endoscopy but no problem only gastritis problem...but now stomach pain two days back...

Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc.
A proper treatment can heal Gastritis well.
Avoid constipation.
