  4. Stomach pain and fever. Kindly advise!

Stomach pain and fever
My son , 5 years, is having stomach pain​ dibce yesterday. He is not able to take food and whenever we give anything to eat, he start complaining about thr stomach pain. He vomitted as well yesterday. He is also having fever of around 100.5. Kindly advise
