Fever & stomach ache

Asked for Female, 11 Years

My son age 11 having chilling with fever 102/ 7 hourly & stomach ache from last Tuesday no improvement. My doctor has given Crocin & lanzol for 5 days as he seems to have viral infection but fever is still ongoing so he prescribed azee xl 200 & today done blood test Attaching the report Malaria is negative Please advise

Greetings looks like infection is there in blood that's why the child is having repeated temperature
