Stomach pain and bloating
I've been having stomach pain for almost 2 and a half years now. I get a stomach ache after eaying anything. I got tested for celiac disease, lactose intolernace and fructose intolerance but I dont have any of those. I get really bloated after eating and my bowel movements alternate between constipation and diarrhea. Do I have ibs?

Hello....... Inflammatory bowle disease is the most common possibility.. inflammatory bowel disease is a condition where person is allergic to some kind of foods presents with diarrhea, failure gain weight, weight loss, loss of appetites,abdominal pain, Eat small meals in frequent intervals,drink plenty of water, be calm ,cool ,get colonoscopic examination done.
