Am having pain on my left side of stomach since ling time.what should i do.and i have gas problem too.

Hello. You take mag phos 6x - 4 tabs thrice daily with warm water. Take carbo veg 30 - twice daily. Eat light foods only. Drink plenty of water. Eat curd, rice, daal, cucumber, salad, fruits more. Avoid spicy, fried foods and outside food.
