Stomach pain after taking azythromicin
I have tested covid positive, I am taking azythromicin 500,on empty stomach, after taking it stomach pain starts and loose motion with little red stool 3 times, I have taken 3 days, should I stop it, After loose motion I feel better from stomach pain

First of all don’t take any antibiotic empty stomach. Azithromycin sometimes causes abdominal upset. Detail history needed. Kindly consult
