Stomach Issues. My condition pl help!

Since 1.5 months i am having seviour stomach ussues, taken infection treatment 3 times in between. Issues are: Cramp, abdominal pain, frequent motions, mild fever, headache some time and red eyes, weight loss 6.5kg, no urge to eat, mucus in motions. USG Abdomen: Normal Except Grade 1 fatty liver. Completed infection course ciplox 500 yesterday but my motions are not normal now also, going 2 3 time washrum and having non solid motion and little watery, since yesterday i am having cramp more. Feeling so week. Consulted many senior gastro they say i am re exposed to infection but why they dont answer. I am fed up with all these issues and my life become a hell. I am getting weaker day by day. Dr are not listening my issues properly. I need Dr who can devote some time and can listen and resolve my issues. Worried about my condition pl help
