Stomach issue
I have been experiencing several health issues since last month. My ultrasound showed mild fluid/ascites in the abdomen. I was also diagnosed with low-grade typhoid. Currently, I am experiencing nausea, especially after eating, along with severe abdominal pain. I also continue to have a low-grade fever, usually around 99.6–100.6°F. I have been feeling weak and uncomfortable, and the abdominal pain and nausea are still persistent. I would like to get a proper evaluation to understand the underlying cause and know whether any further tests or treatment are required.

Persistent fever, abdominal pain, nausea and fluid seen on ultrasound need a proper in-person reassessment; “low-grade typhoid alone may not explain everything. Please carry the ultrasound and previous reports for review and avoid self-starting antibiotics. Seek urgent care if pain worsens, vomiting, faintness, blood in stool, or high fever occurs. You can book a Practo consult with me for a detailed evaluation and next-step plan.
