She did two vomit one yesterday and one today and one loose motion today.. have mild fever yesterday and now..I gave eminset and dolo 250..

It could be either a tummy infection or urinary infection.
Next Steps
Pls give Syp. Emeset thrice a day (atleast 1/2 before good) and u can add a probiotic Syp.Bifilac 3.5ml trice a day. A long with Syp.dolo 250mg every 6th hrly
