Stomach infection nd cold. Help me out.

If mild,avoid unnecessary medicine and just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. For stomach upset,firstly stop bottle feeding and breastfeeding if given. Give 2 top milk feeds using a glass or spoon and katori and 4 solid meals including curd and Banana in the diet. Use syp ondem half hour before meals for vomiting and syp vizylac 5 ml twice a day for 5 days. Be sure to give ors after every loose motion if watery,and maintain strict hygiene in preparation and giving of feeds and meals.
